My friend Grace (the architect/ color consultant) is having a birthday party tonight. I just couldn't help myself.
Established in 2001, growing since 2003, drinking since noon.
Grubby girl eating a chocolate cupcake.
She is so dang cute. I bet 12 people stopped me at the zoo to tell me how cute she is. Thanks for the shirt Aunt Carrie! And the shoes from soon-to-be Aunt Amber get comments every time we leave the house.
It so much fun now that they enjoy things together. We are certainly leaving the baby stage, I now have 2 kids.
Awww.
Here he is with his new lunch box. He needed it for Summer camp and he will eat lunch on Fridays at preschool this year. Now he's in the Pre-K day. Yikes.
Here he is in the tie-dye shirt he made at camp.
He drew these for Pa for his birthday. The one on the left is him and Pa. Notice Pa's red hat and how he wrote his name around himself.
Drawing on the playhouse box we got for the kids. And yes that is a pull-up hat, again.
Yes, that is me subsituting a drill for the motor on my ice cream machine. I'm laughing this hard because I'm not sure if I am channeling my mother or my father-in-law. The custard was made the kids were excited and we all wanted homemade ice cream (Blackberry from the yard) It was good, but I will be getting a new ice cream machine.
sewed this skirt and printed the the top for my nieces 6th birthday. Happy Birthday Kylie. It's hard to find clothes that don't have a logo or character , or aren't trashy. She's only SIX! I better get better at sewing before Avery gets much older. I didn't think I would be this prudish, but I guess it comes with age and having kids.
This is the cake I made for my friend Ann's 44th birthday. We had a very fun party at Cremant.
This was my lunch project today with the kids their face sandwhiches were so cute!
